Refund Policy

Any and all claims made on broken or damaged products will be covered through post carrier insurance. Claims must be made through their website.

When using our services, customers agree that any and all damages are to be handled through the parcel service selected. 

If the customer returns any damaged items to the sender, undamaged items will be refunded and we will make a claim for damaged products. When the claim is concluded, the awarded amount will be refunded back to the customer. The customer should complete any claims on their own so as to cut down on claim processing time, otherwise we must first receive the package in question before we are able to begin a claim on the customers behalf, which would greatly increase claim wait time. Shipping charges will not be refunded in any circumstance. 

All glass bottle sodas that are ordered are the customer liability. Once the bottles are shipped from the MoonzMart facility we are no longer liable for damage in transit. If any damages occur, please contact your shipping carrier.

MoonzMart does not accept any liability for sodas that have lost carbonation or are expired. Due to the foreign and collectable nature of most of our items, products are not guaranteed to be unexpired. You can contact us directly for information on product dating. Returns are accepted for unopened and undamaged items. Contact us directly to process returns.

Expiration and loss of carbonation are both risks assumed by the customer, and therefore neither the postal service nor MoonzMart will be held liable for either of these two occurrences. Neither of these occurrences are considered “damages”.

The customer understands and agrees to these terms and conditions at time of purchase.
